No smoking allowed whatsoever in the unit or on the premise. Trash MUST be taken out on a weekly basis. Inspections will be done minimum twice a year for cleanliness, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide. Absolutely no wipes down toilet, even if it says flushable. Non-negotiable in screening: - Tenet must have 2.5-3x of rent - 600 credit score or higher. - 1 year min/max lease agreement requirement initially.
