The Windsor at Westside resort community is an amazing and sought-after community with first-class amenities, located just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and drugs are not allowed inside the home or on the property. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to follow trash disposal rules can result in fines up to $300. Any violation of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Please be aware that humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida, and while the property is professionally sprayed, it is recommended to pack sunscreen and bug spray.
