A full kitchen anchors the home, equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for preparing group meals. Indoor dining is complemented by outdoor dining areas and a BBQ grill, perfect for shared meals. The property includes air conditioning and heating, a washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace.
Enjoy free access to resort amenities such as the water park, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, and gym. A hot tub is also available within the community amenities. Pool heat is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Pet-friendly with a required written notification and approval, a pet fee is applied and subject to up to a $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog. Propane for the BBQ grill must be provided by the guest, as the propane tank may not be filled upon arrival. Long-term stays are allowed.

Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios are all within a comfortable drive, making it simple to balance full park days with restful evenings back at the house. The Windsor at Westside resort community is located near state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World.
Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Parking can accommodate up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
