Monthly rent is $5,200. Initial lease term is 12 months, then converts to month-to-month unless properly terminated under California law and West Hollywood RSO rules. Parking is through City of West Hollywood residential/visitor permits and is not included in rent. Renters insurance is required throughout the tenancy. Tenant is responsible for keeping the unit clean and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
