Lease terms

Renter pays all utilities. Absolutely no smoking of any type interior. Small to Medium breed dogs allowed up to two pets and $300 pet deposit collected, with additional $25 per animal per month. Renter has use of property from North Carport to South Property line. Owner maintains use of property North of Carport to North property line. If use of North half of property is needed, written request from renter is required for review and possibly use granted. Renter Insurance is required to cover potential liability and loss. Owner reserves the right to inspect the property interior with 48 hrs advanced notice. Owner reserves the right to inspect and provide maintenance of the home exterior and property at any time with out notice. Owner will be performing landscaping and exterior home improvements into and throughout 2026/2027. Every effort will be made to provide a courtesy notice when possible. Applicants must show 625 minimum credit score, employment in good standing, and no felonies for violence of any kind.
