Lease terms

1. Lease Duration: Flexible lease options are available: Semi-annual (6 months) Annual (12 months) 2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking within the premises will result in a penalty and potential eviction. 3. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty and potential eviction. 4. Utilities: The renter is responsible for all utilities, including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, trash, and internet services. 5. Notice to Vacate: A 30-day written notice is required before vacating the property. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. 6. Parking: Parking is available in the 2-car garage or on the street. The renter must adhere to all local parking regulations.
