Lease terms

Before we schedule a showing, let me tell you a little about the property to make sure it will be a good fit for you. It is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath home. The home currently has a refrigerator and stove that the landlord will allow the tenant to use at their convenience. The Landlord does not guarantee the condition or repair of any convenience appliance. We do not allow pets, and there is no smoking inside the home. The lease is for one year. The rent is $950 per month, and the security deposit is $950, so you would need to have $1,900 available for the first month's rent and deposit if you decide you would like to move forward with the home. We do prorate the rent. If you have a prior eviction on your rental history, we would need an explanation regarding the circumstances. Depending on the situation and our screening criteria, a higher security deposit may be required. If that applies to you, we can discuss the details with you before moving forward. The home is ready for move-in. We do not hold properties, so before scheduling a showing, we like to make sure prospective tenants are prepared to move forward financially if they decide the home is right for them. If these requirements work for you and you have the rent and deposit available, we would be happy to schedule a time for you to view the home. If you will not be ready financially until later in the month, that's completely fine we would be happy to show you the property closer to the time you are ready to move forward, provided it is still available.
