Optional 6-month or 1-year lease agreement term, month to month after term ends. Agreement to house rules and confirmed renter's insurance is required prior to move-in. Tenants must maintain communal spaces clear of clutter, unwashed/dry dishes, and breakdown packaging prior to placing in recycle bin. No smoking, drugs, or vaping. First month's rent and 1-month security deposit required. Homeowner pays for HOA fees. Parking is available inside of the community for free, first come-first served. Otherwise, plenty of street parking. There are two standard rooms available for rent and each can have one tenant. All potential tenants must submit an application to rent individually and a background check, including credit score and one-year stable income proof, is required. Income should prove at least 3x the rent amount.
