This studio features tile throughout, comes fully furnished including a queen size murphy bed and a queen size sofa bed. It also has a small but full kitchen minus a dishwasher and a full bathroom. Plenty of storage with a double sliding door closet. And let's not forget the great sunrise panoramic views of the intracoastal waters and the city lights at night from the patio. Additional features includes private beach access, an Olympic size heated pool overlooking the beach with gas grills, a media room, library, game room with ping pong, pool table, foosball and more. Laundry requires a key card to load with $. No pets and No smoking in condo or patio. Also the Jolley trolley picks you up in front of building and takes you to the Pier and many restaurants or to other towns like Dunedin and more! Monthly rate $2,500 max occupancy of 4. Rates valid through October 31, 2025. Price includes all Utilities, Cable Tv, Wi-fi and access to pools, BBQ grills and off street parking Please note Owners are local and will be available to respond to all matters and any issues.
