Minimum credit score of 600 preferred . No significant criminal history . No smoking, vaping are permitted at all inside the house . Absolutely no illegal drugs allowed on property at anytime. To ensure a good fit for both parties , we prefer to meet prospective tenants at the property before processing any applications. As experienced local landlords with multiple rental properties, we are happy to provide references upon request.
