The loft features a full kitchen and dining area, and a private bathroom with toiletries provided. The bedroom is equipped with a memory foam double bed, sleeping two guests, while the living room has a twin bed with a foam topper for one guest. An additional queen airbed is available for two more guests. Enjoy the rainfall shower head and the convenience of a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, fruit blender, and a small toaster oven. Relax on the large sectional couch with a 55" 4K Xumo TV, and enjoy entertainment in the bedroom with a 32" HDTV with Roku.
One parking space is available in the back, and metered parking is available in the front. Laundry facilities and a wireless printing station are conveniently located in the building hallway. Guests have access to a fenced backyard.
This property boasts a 92 Walkscore and is ideally situated near Albany Medical Center, MVP Arena, Empire State Plaza, the Library, and Lark Street. It's just a 5-minute walk to MVP Arena and a 13-minute walk to the N.Y.S. Museum and Empire State Plaza. Enjoy easy access to local and regional bus routes and highways (I-787, I-90 & I-87), with the Greyhound bus station across the street. Numerous restaurants and fast food options are within a 5-10 minute walk, and there is a large open grassy area in the rear of the building.
Please note that quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests must be respectful of neighbors as the floors are thin. Absolutely no smoking or burning of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, or incense) is allowed on the property; smoking must be done off-site. Violations of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $200 fine for deep cleaning. Parties are strictly prohibited, and violation of maximum occupancy will lead to immediate eviction with no refund and an additional $200 fine. A 24/7 noise monitoring device is present in each apartment. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Stays longer than 28 days require a lease to be signed.
A wireless printing station is available in the building hallway, and high-speed internet over Wi-Fi is included.
