This fully furnished modern, mountain haven is close to downtown Boulder (6.7 miles to 9th and Pearl), but nestled in the foothills close to hiking and biking trails. lt's a world away - your own special haven. The views are indescribable, both day and night. It's the best of both worlds - with easy access to socialization in downtown Boulder, while providing a retreat to serenity. This sunny walk-out basement is on the bottom floor of my home. Available for 6-7 month lease. Also open to shorter time frames. The space has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with a large living room/kitchen and separate entrance. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other has a daybed trundle for 2 single beds and a desk, which can be used as a combo office/guest room. You will have outdoor patio space under the deck, so it's cooler in the hot summer sun. The front bedroom has newer wool carpet. There's also space for 1 car to park in my garage. We will share the laundry which is in your place. Sorry, no smokers. This house is on the fire line and the environment is extremely delicate here. Also no cannabis allowed in the home.
