Lease terms

Utilities (water, sewer, trash, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi) are included for normal household use. The room is fully furnished and includes exclusive use of a full bathroom (aside from occasional guest use). In-unit washer and dryer are available. The home is shared with the homeowner and four friendly indoor cats, so applicants must be comfortable living with cats (no additional pets, please). Single occupancy only. No smoking or vaping inside the home. No illegal drugs. No overnight guests without prior approval from the homeowner. Because this is a shared home, I prefer a tenant who works outside the home rather than remotely. Looking for a clean, respectful, responsible tenant who pays rent on time and helps keep shared spaces tidy. Background, credit, income, and rental history will be considered. Month to month lease agreement unless discussed otherwise. Renter Responsibilities * Pay rent on time each month. * Keep the private bedroom and bathroom clean and in good condition. * Clean up after yourself in all shared spaces, including the kitchen, living room, and laundry area. * Wash and put away your own dishes promptly. * Respect quiet hours and be considerate of others in the home. * Notify the homeowner promptly of any maintenance issues or damage. * Do not smoke or vape inside the home. * No illegal drug use or excessive alcohol consumption. * No overnight guests without prior approval from the homeowner. * Be respectful of the homeowner and the four indoor cats (please keep exterior doors closed to prevent them from getting out). * Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment for everyone.
