Lease to Locals Program Requirement: The owner is participating in the Eastern Placer Lease to Locals Program. To qualify, at least one adult over 18 in the household (related or unrelated) must work at least 20 hours per week for an employer located within the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District (TTUSD) boundaries.
