1 small pet under 25 pounds allowed must be pre-approved
Laundry is shared you will have access everyday except Wednesday & Sunday
laundry has it's own private entrance feel free to ask questions for clarification
- No Parking in the Garage (Garage is locked off)
- All Booking Alterations Request for a shorter stay from the original length will be denied. Change of Dates will be accepted as long as same length of stay or longer.
-If you require early check in please let us know immediately in advance same day early check in request will be declined (Early check in fee is $99 - as we would have to hire an additional cleaner to have ready in time)
- Check-out Time: Please note that any late check-out beyond the designated 11:00 AM time will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour.
- Please Respect the Principle Residence/Tenant who lives in the basement suite.
- No Smoking/Vaping in the Home/Property (Please smoke off the property)
- No Parties or Events
- No Unregistered guests
- No Food/Drinks on the bed
- No Loud Noise after 9 PM to 9 AM
- Respect the neighbourhood
- No shoes in the house
- Dispose Garbage in Garbage bins upon Check out
- Put all Recycling in the Recycling Bin upon Check out
- 6 Guests Maximum Additional Guests will be $100 per person
- Failure to Clean up after yourself will result in a Deep Cleaning/Unexpected Cleaning Fee of $500
- Smoking/Vaping Fee: $500
- Unauthorized Parties or Events Fee: $1000
- Damage & Security deposit maybe required
-Please double-check to ensure you have collected all personal belongings. We are not liable or responsible for any items left behind. If any valuables need to be returned, there is a $75 handling fee in addition to shipping costs and any other fees incurred
