Lease terms

Rent: $1,350 per month. Lease term: 6+ months (month-to-month option available at a higher rate). Security deposit: $1,620. PG&E and San Jose Water utilities are split among housemates. Utility deposit: $180. Cleaning Services and Responsibilities: A routine professional cleaning service is provided for shared common areas and for standard cleaning upon move-out. Any additional or extraordinary cleaning required due to a tenant's (or their guests' or pets') acts or omissions or violation of lease terms will be charged to the responsible tenant in addition to regular service fees. Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves in shared spaces and maintain a respectful, clean environment. Community Compatibility and Conduct: Tenants are expected to uphold a respectful and cooperative co-living environment. Disruptive behavior, failure to maintain shared areas, or repeated disregard for house policies may result in non-renewal or termination of the lease. Shared Responsibilities and Community Participation: Tenants are encouraged to communicate regularly with one another and take shared responsibility for communal living tasks, such as kitchen cleanliness, trash management, and appliance care. Mutual cooperation is essential to ensure a positive living experience.
