Lease terms

Renter is responsible for all utilities (electricity, water, gas) except sewer and trash. $2300.00 Rent is due on the first of each month with a 7 day grace period after that a $25 / day late charge will be added to the next months bill. Renters are not allowed to sublease or add additional family members or friends whom are not initially on the rental lease agreement. Renter Is not authorized to make any changes on the inside or outside of the property at any time unless written request is approved by owner. No smoking will be allowed inside of the property. Property requires cleanliness both inside and out at all times of the property. Lease will be for one year And require first months rent and a $2300 damage/repairs deposit. A pet deposit of $300/per pet required upon move in. Max pet is 2. Owner has the right to request entry on the property within 24-48 hour notice. Owner will also conduct a full background check credit, Verification of employment and references may be required. Section 8 is not accepted.
