8748 unit C, Woodman Way is the address.… Quiet street, far enough away from apartments and La Riviera Drive so as to avoid noise and street parking problems. We are stable landlords, just looking for good stable tenant. Live just minutes away, not some out of town owner or some big unresponsive property management company. We have literally had one tenant live there for 10 years. Most live multiple years in this and our other units. We take pride, and expect the same of our tenants.
