Each applicant must be willing to agree to the following basic terms and policies, in addition to all other terms included in our standard lease agreement. The home is offered at $4,995 per month. All utilities (electricity, water/sewer/garbage, natural gas, and internet/wifi) are the responsibility of the tenant. We ask for a refundable security deposit of $2,500 and if bringing pets (pets welcome!), a refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet (max of 4 pets total). The earliest the home is available is July 1, 2026 and is offered on a fixed term, 12-month lease. On-site parking is available. Smoking or vaping (inclusive of tobacco and cannabis products) is allowed in the yard only, at least 25 feet away from the house. Any evidence of smoking or vaping within the home will result in a complete loss of the security deposit and is grounds for eviction from the property. No illegal drug use or other criminal activity allowed. Yard must be maintained via biweekly mowing and monthly weeding and pruning. This obligation can be fulfilled by the tenant at their time/cost or by the owner via a $250/monthly fee paid by the tenant.
