Ballard - a short 10-minute drive. Downtown Seattle - 15 minutes. One block from Greenwood Park and three from another (Sandel). Super easy access to I-5 (1 m), SR 99 / Aurora Ave. (blocks), multiple bus lines (via 85th, Aurora, Greenwood Avenue ~ each only blocks away), and the Burke Gilman bike trail.
