Water and power bills are tenants responsibility. Water bill comes every 2 months. Power is through Blue Ridge Electric Co-op and is billed monthly. Tenant is responsible for keeping small yard mowed at least every 14 days or can add $100/ month to rent to have it mowed. Must provide own washer/ dryer. Refrigerator, stove, microwave included. No smoking. No pets. Tenants that are interested in farm sitting for a reduction in the rent price would be placed at a higher priority, but is not a requirement to rent. A rental application must be submitted for serious inquiries. You can submit the online application on Zillow or you can print and submit in person. If you submit a paper application, then a separate credit/ background check will need to be performed. This is free through Zillow for the first application.
