About the building
We are building a community house of graduate students with rooms available for rent!… There are two rooms available for $700 rent starting either July or August. The house is a 15 min walk or 10 min bus/shuttle to campus. It's also a 5 min walk to Lidl for groceries, and 10 min bike ride to College Park metro station.
**House is currently unfurnished but will be furnished by move-in time!
The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with both bathrooms available for shared use. Utilities are split evenly between all living there. The other rooms will be occupied by 2 female Physics PhD students (including myself) and 1 male Math PhD student (my partner).
No smoking, no pets please.

The current roomates are all PhD students at UMD at varying levels in our degree programs. We are interested in a friendly and peaceful community at the house. My partner and I are happy to be a resource for getting to know the area and university!
