If you cook, please clean up after yourself, do not leave trail of mess. Please store personal belongings in your own room not in common area. You can have kitchen/bath items but anything else store in your own room.
* We do everything online so please submit all maintenance request online, payment/lease all online. We have spend lot of money renovating and updating so please keep our place nice! Much Appreciated
