This cabin features a furnished deck with perfect views of the lake, a fire pit, a canoe, an epic tree house with a TV, and front row seats to beautiful sunsets on the lake. It sleeps up to 6 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with seating for your whole crew, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. There is also a Big Green Egg for cookouts, life jackets, beach towels, a hammock, a washer, a dryer, and extra linens and towels.
Two canoes are available for guest use.
Located 3 miles from Rocky Branch Marina, 6 miles from Hobbs State Park, and 2.2 miles from Shaddox Hollow, this cabin offers the ultimate privacy and an escape from it all. It is also 7.1 miles from Historic War Eagle Mill and 25 minutes to Downtown Rogers.
Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host's control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.
