This cabin is complete with ultimate outdoor spaces, featuring a furnished deck with perfect lake views, a fire pit, and an epic treehouse with a TV, ideal for movie nights. Inside, the spacious living room boasts a 55-inch Smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and a dining table is perfect for family-style meals or board games. Luxury linens and bedding are provided in the two private bedrooms. The King Suite includes a 35-inch Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a claw-foot soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, a Twin day bed with a Twin trundle, and a 35-inch Smart TV.
Two canoes are available for guest use, along with float boards, an inflatable raft, and an inner tube for water activities. Life jackets and beach towels are also provided. A hammock is available for guest use, and a Big Green Egg grill is perfect for cookouts.
Located just 3 miles from Rocky Branch Marina and 6 miles from Hobbs State Park, offering walking, hiking, and biking trails. Shaddox Hollow, a popular trailhead in Hobbs State Park, is 2.2 miles away. Historic War Eagle Mill, serving breakfast and lunch, is 7.1 miles away, and Downtown Rogers is a 25-minute drive.
No pets are allowed, and any pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unapproved parties or events will result in a $1000 fine. Smoking in the home will incur a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. County-wide burn bans may be in effect, which could limit the use of the fire pit. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host's control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays. Guests at Beaver Lake properties are not allowed dock access. This restriction is enforced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which prohibits private docks from being used for commercial purposes, including short-term rentals.
