12 month lease with option to renew for a second full year's lease at $4900/mo. 1st month's rent is required at the signing of the lease, $4900 security deposit is required. Dogs permitted up to 60 pounds with an additional $50 per pet per month. Dogs larger than 60 pounds permitted with an additional $100 per pet per month. No smoking allowed in the house. Tenant will pay for lawn maintenance by professional company ($25/week April-Oct) during months of lawn mowing. Tenant is responsible for snow removal on sidewalk in front of property.
