The home is on well and septic so there are no water or sewer bills and only other utility cost is garbage service. One small dog may be accepted, at the sole discretion of the Owner, and would require the written approval of Owner and additional $50 per month in rent. Certain dog breeds are not allowed for insurance and liability reasons. Small-sized dogs only, limited to a maximum of approx. 25 pounds in size.
