Lease terms

Monthly Rent: Tenant agrees to pay rent in the amount of $1,650.00 per month. Rent Due Date: Monthly rent is due on the 1st day of each month. Late Payments: Rent not received by the 5th day of the month shall be considered late. A late fee of $100 will apply to any rent payment received after the 5th day of the month. Payment Method: Rent shall be paid by check or venmo. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, or marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the premises. No Pets: No pets shall be allowed on the premises without prior written consent from the landlord. Occupancy: The premises shall be occupied solely by the tenant(s) listed in the lease agreement unless otherwise approved in writing by the landlord. Maintenance and Care: Tenant agrees to maintain the premises in clean and sanitary condition and promptly report any maintenance issues to the landlord. Utilities: Including in rent, tenant not responsible for paying. Security Deposit: Tenant shall pay a security deposit of $1,650 prior to move-in, subject to applicable state laws regarding return of deposits. Termination and Renewal: At the conclusion of the 12-month lease term, the lease shall terminate unless renewed in writing by both parties.
