Outdoor patio has patio chairs and a gas grill. The living room has beautiful leather furniture including a dbl recliner sofa a recliner rocker and a 60" smart TV that has a full cable package. Bring your laptop and your other devices because high speed internet/wifi are also included. You are 1 1/2 blocks from your Virginia Trace pool and a little longer walk or a couple of minutes golf cart ride to the Canal Street Village Recreation Center where you can enjoy tennis pickle ball horseshoe pits boccie ball shuffleboard courts billiard rooms and meeting rooms for clubs and activities and a family pool where you can swim with your grand kids. You have access to all neighborhood village and regional recreation centers and all executive golf courses where your golfing is included with your $50 Temporary resident ID card and golfing at the 12 championship golf courses for an additional fee.
