Each house is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located just 1.8 miles from the city center, making it the perfect spot for anyone wanting to explore The Queen City. Upon arrival at the first home, guests will find a living room with a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku, and 2 couches, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, offer plenty of seating options. The eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as all the basics you will need. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch and end the day with some grilling and chilling on the back deck. Upon arrival at the second home, guests will find a living room with a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku, and 2 couches, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, offer plenty of seating options. The eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as all the basics you will need. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch and end the day with some grilling and chilling on the back deck. Parking is available in the driveway, accommodating up to 4 cars per house. This house can be found using any GPS navigation system. Uber and Lyft service the area if needed. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Make sure to check out local downtown favorites such as Strawberry Ale Works and the beautiful McGregor Park RiverWalk, all less than 3 miles away. Major grocery, shopping and restaurants all with in a few miles radius. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. If an excessive amount of trash is left at the property, there is a $100 charge for third party trash removal. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
