Laundry: In-unit laundry machines are available for tenant use at no extra charge. Guest Policy: Overnight guests are allowed with prior notice and reasonable limits to maintain a comfortable living environment. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for keeping their rooms clean. Every other-week there will be a housekeeper coming, however price will be evenly divided by all tenants. Noise Policy: Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect all roommates' schedules. Smoking: Smoking/vaping is not allowed within the property
