Please note: your door entry code will not work until the specified check in. We expect all guests to respect the check in and out times so that we may have time to prepare the Four Plans for the next set of guests. CHECK IN: After 4 PM CHECK OUT: Before 11 AM The house is pet friendly for those 4-legged friends who are well behaved. (This will require an additional fee for cleaning). If you bring a pet without letting us know, we will charge you $250. The Four Palms is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood near Old Town Scottsdale. We ask that our guests please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Large parties and events are not allowed without approval. No glitter or confetti is allowed anywhere on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee. There are security cameras overlooking the front door, carport, and side gate to monitor who is entering and leaving the property. These are in place for your safety and protection! Please do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home. The pool guy comes every Tuesday, landscaper comes on Thursday morning. You will be responsible for taking trash out before leaving (located in back alley) and Recycle bin out to the street every Friday morning. Please be aware there is no gate around the pool. Guests will be responsible for keeping all points of access closed at all times, as well as supervising any children around the pool. Pool heating can be added to any reservation, please inquire directly for pricing. Couches and tables are not to be moved around (indoor or outside). No dogs on the couch please, it's very nice Italian leather and is scratched easily by dogs. There is NO smoking at all on the premises and we will fine you for cigarette buds or if there is evidence of smoking in the house. We will charge for excessive cleanup so please make sure to follow the checkout instructions. We will charge for broken items, excessive trash clean up and for large parties that are not approved. Do not use indoor fireplace, it does not vent properly and you are at risk for catching fire to the home if used. You will received $1000 fine and asked to leave if the indoor fireplace is used. By booking this property you agree to the following: GUEST SWIM IN POOL AT THEIR OWN RISK WAIVER OF LIABILITY: You understand that you using the swimming pool at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the swimming pool. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the swimming pool while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the swimming pool if pregnant. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks.
