I welcome temporary stays of for traveling professionals or a longer-term tenancy. While you will not be asked to yardwork (my joke for the day), you may use a portion of a garden box for your growing area or use citrus tree fruit for person use, etc.. The home is located 3.7 miles from the American River Trails, 5 miles from Folsom Lake, and 1hr 45min to South Lake Tahoe. Tenant may use bike when arranged.
