The downstairs area has been used as a home office, studio space, and an airbnb. The upstairs is well suited for a family or 2-3 roommates. The rooms are all differently sized: - 12.5x12.5 - The large upstairs room has been used with a kingsize bed and dressers with plenty of space to move around, a queen sized bed and desk, and as a small studio. - 12.5x9 - The small upstairs room has been used as an office and bedroom with a full size bed and desk. Both rooms have closets with ample storage. - 14.5x16 - This room is designed to be a family room for couches/tv/etc. It was used as a large bedroom with a queen size bed, loveseat, dresser, wardrobe, and desk. This room does not have a built in closet. - 12.5x20 - Downstairs room can easily hold a queen bed, couch, desk, wardrobe and storage. The neighborhood is unbeatable! Seriously some of the nicest humans I have ever met are right here in the few blocks around this house. The Local is a great neighborhood restaurant 3 blocks up, the Birdhouse and Real Fine coffee are both within blocks! Westwood village is .5 mile from the house with QFC, Target, Marshalls, and more. White Center is 1.5 miles from the house with great restaurants, nightlife, music, and festivals. I have loved this home deeply and I have taken a leap to follow a dream. I am looking for someone/s to love and be loved in this home.
