Up for rent is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath roughly 1700 sqft (not including the finished basement). It was previously a 3 bedroom 2 bath, but we added an egress window in the basement, a bedroom and a half bathroom and finished the basement. The home has a single car garage (that's also finished out) with new doors and insulation. The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a full sized in ground pool. The rent will be $3,000 a month. The tenant will also be responsible for upkeep on the pool by paying a professional pool servicing company to upkeep the cleanliness, water levels and chemical levels. I have a guy already that can be used. The yard will also be the tenants responsibility to maintain (cut and clean up). Pets are welcome with a pet security deposit (refundable) and I do not charge pet rent (that should be illegal). With that being said, you'll absolutely be responsible for any damages your pet does. The contractors are almost finished with the basement, so the house should be completely ready to rent by 3/18/26. The house also has a Generac generator that runs on natural gas. So, if the power ever goes out, you'll still have power. I do work on call myself, so text usually is the best way to get a hold of me, but please be patient. It may take a few hours to respond.
