It offers two lavish master suites, three queen bedrooms, and two twin rooms, each tastefully decorated and fitted with quality bed linens, accommodating up to 15 guests. Essential amenities like Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer are all at your disposal. The stylish kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishwasher, along with additional cooking and dining essentials. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee. Welcome to Emerald Island Resort, one of Kissimmee's most prestigious and tranquil gated communities, just minutes from Disney World. Surrounded by lush conservation wetlands and over 300 acres of natural beauty, this resort is a true oasis. Enjoy scenic walking trails, shimmering lakes, and 11 wooded areas all just 2 miles from the excitement of Orlando's world-famous attractions. Guests can take advantage of the resort's luxury amenities, including a heated resort pool and hot tubs, fitness center and clubhouse lounge, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and a game room and playground for kids. Despite its peaceful atmosphere, the resort is conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, and golf courses. Any unapproved later checkout time will incur a $20 fee per 10 minutes past. Pool heat is available during the cooler months for $40/night. Prior notice is required as it can take over 24hrs to heat properly. Spa is jetted and heats to 102F only after the timer has been activated. The timer is located on the lanai wall. Maximum of 6 vehicles per home at $20 per vehicle paid at the clubhouse during check-in. Four small vehicles will fit in the driveway. Please park on the even side of the street in even months and the odd side of the street in odd months. Do not park in grass or block the sidewalk. The HOA is all too happy to leave you a warning/citation when these rules are not followed. All ceiling fans and lights are controlled by remote, please do not misplace the remote, you will be charged for the replacement of the whole ceiling fan. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Maximum occupancy is 15. Upon agreeing to these rules you agree to the resorts as well. If additional maintenance calls are necessary there will be a minimum service call fee of $50. Pets must remain on leash at all times in all spaces outside the home. Dog stations are located throughout the resort. We provide food and water bowls, small bed, and dog towels. No glass anywhere in the screened porch. The pool technician services the pool every Monday. Please do not attempt to adjust pool pump equipment. Garbage is picked up daily. All trash must be in a bag before placing directly in bin. This includes poop bags, please do not place directly in bin. Additional BAGGED trash can be placed next to the bin if full and will be picked up. No bag - no pick up. The valet service will put recycling cans on the roadside on Wednesday nights. If you have trash or recycling that does not fit in the bins please take it to the trash compactor at the end of Hidden Grove Rd. near the entrance gates. Please read and follow all checkout instructions. We don't ask too much of our guests upon check out. Your support in the small things makes a big difference and is greatly appreciated! Turn off all lights and ceiling fans. Gather all linens and towels in laundry area. Load and start the dishwasher. Dispose of trash in bins. Check for and dispose of any pet feces. Housekeeping will use the washer & dryer for house linens. Please start the washer on hot with towels & sheets so the cleaning crew will have ample time to prepare the home. Double check that you have all your personal belongings. Please remember to leave the home as you found it. Includes Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace.
