Townhome will be available for move-in on or about late March - early April (depending on remodel job end date) and will require a signed 1 year lease agreement, and proof of payroll check stubs for all applicants. New tenants will need to qualify through the community association, which will do a complete background including police report and credit check of every occupant. The association clearing process may take up to 25 business days (not including holidays nor weekends). Rent will be $2,000 per month due on the 1st of each month. To move in you will need First Month, Last Month, and a $1,500 security deposit (totaling $5,500). The $1,500 security deposit portion will be returned after the tenant is fully moved out, has fully cleaned the apartment and an in-person walk-through between the owners/tenants has been completed. The non-refundable community association application fee is $175 for married couple (with marriage certificate), or $150 per adult applicant (i.e. $300 for unmarried couple). No pets allowed by community association for non-owner tenants. Owners are seeking max two adult non-smokers. Only prospective tenants with proof of income through payroll stubs, no history of eviction records, solid personal background, clean police report search, proof of and good credit history will be considered.
