Rental application, good references, minimum FICO Score of at least 685, and a minimum gross monthly income of 3 times the rent as well as steady employment are required. Somewhat Lower FICO Score may be acceptable with higher income and/or multiple working tenants and a higher security deposit. Same for individual income.
