Guests must present an RFID card to access community amenities, which cost $15 each and expire after 3 days. The home is not baby-proofed. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; parking on the grass, alongside streets parallel to another vehicle, or commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited and may result in towing or fines. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please be considerate of neighbors during quiet hours. After rain, small bugs may wash into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and disposing of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The property reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for any rule violations. Self check-in and check-out are conveniently offered.
