This is a lovely 2 BR, 2 1/2 bath townhouse in a great locatiom with easy access to Raleigh, Wake Forest, Rolesville, and many other towns via nearby… 540. Renters get access to Highland Creek amenities including the pools, clubhouse and walking trails. The unit comes with two marked parking spots right out front and there are nearby visitor spots. A long-term tennant recently moved out and it is currently being painted from top to bottom.
