There is also plenty of street parking available for guests. Income must be 3 times the monthly rent and verifiable with a credit score of 750 or higher preferred. There is a $39.95 non refundable credit and background check processing fee per applicant over the age of 18 yrs. Each adult (18+) who will be residing in the unit must fill out a rental application and sign the rental agreement. (You may be denied if you have had a past eviction or unlawful detainer.) A pet may be considered and approved on an individual basis. If a pet is approved, an additional security deposit of $500 is required. Viewing is by appointment only and proof of income is required for viewing.
