If this is your first time renting around UMB do not delay as the good places go quickly.… 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with a bedroom on all 3 levels for privacy. This is one of the most desired areas around the University because with no through streets the area gets very little foot traffic or vehicle traffic and has lots of parking. This is an area with many many student tenants. The house backs directly up to Camden Crossing the townhome community that was built a few years ago. The utilities are split and are low for the area. Living room, kitchen as well as the bedrooms have hardwood floors. Storage area and laundry room on lower level. You will be walking distance to school, Harbor, and mainstreet shopping. The new Brewery is just two blocks away.
