The fireplace in the home is not for guest use. Exterior security cameras are on site. Failure to submit ID and/or security fees prior to check-in will not result in any refunds, and access to the property will not be granted. All reservations come with enough supplies to 'get started' and not for the entire length of stay; tenants must purchase disposable items to sustain the duration of the reservation, which includes but is not limited to garbage bags and/or paper towels. A $250 fine applies if any loose trash is found inside a garbage bin/can. Renters should report all observed damage within 8 hours of checking in to avoid liability; pictures must be sent to establish the extent of observed damage. Normal check-in is at 4 p.m. Late check-out is at 10 a.m. unless otherwise approved in writing, and a $100 fine will be applied, increasing by $100 each hour. Pets must be approved and disclosed upfront and carry an additional refundable security fee per pet. Travelers are responsible for non-refundable carpet/upholstery cleaning upon check-out. For short-term guests with pets, a refundable security fee of $200 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3+ pets is required. For leases, there is a monthly utility cap of $300, and guests are responsible for any overages. A refundable security fee of $500 is required for leases, increasing to $700 for 1 pet, $900 for 2 pets, and $1,100 for 3+ pets. The security fee will be refunded within 30 days after the check-out date. Failure to complete the municipality/HOA lease, if required, is a house rule violation. Stay connected with up to 300 MBPS internet speed, with an ethernet hardline available, and Wi-Fi throughout the entire home. The home features five LCD televisions, all with access to Hulu, Disney, and ESPN streaming services in English and Spanish, as well as Netflix and Prime Video access (requires your login). A soundbar is included in the living room.
