A Home We've Loved Now Available for Rent in North Seattle We're excited to offer our home at 8520 Midvale Ave N, Unit B for rent.… This is the home where we've lived, built memories, and raised our child, and we've taken great care of it over the years. We're hoping to find another family or tenant who will enjoy the home and the neighborhood as much as we have. One of the things we love most about this home is the location. You can walk to Green Lake, one of our favorite places for walks, playgrounds, and family time. It's also just minutes from I-5, bus routes, and Link light rail, making it incredibly convenient to get to downtown Seattle, travel north or south, or head over to the Eastside. The neighborhood itself is quiet, friendly, and very family-oriented. During the summer, we have two play streets, which create a wonderful environment for kids to play outside and for neighbors to get to know each other. We've also put a lot of care into updating the home. We wanted it to be a comfortable, beautiful place for our family, so we invested in high-quality finishes and thoughtful upgrades, including: New roof 2026 All 3 bathrooms remodeled 2025 Updated flooring 2022 Mini-split A/C 2022 Refrigerator 2023 Washer & dryer 2023 The home has two spacious bedrooms upstairs, plus a smaller room downstairs that can work as a third bedroom, home office, den, or playroom. For us, this house has been much more than a place to live it's where our child grew up and where we made many of our favorite family memories.
