Floor & Interior Care: Floors must be kept clean and maintained. Please handle window blinds and fixtures carefully. Trash Disposal: Garbage must be properly bagged and placed outside for pickup on Sunday evening. Smoke Detectors: Smoke detectors must remain installed and functional. Batteries should be replaced annually and tested regularly. Guests: Tenants are responsible for the behavior of their guests and must ensure they follow property rules. Quiet Environment: Tenants must maintain reasonable noise levels and respect neighbors. These rules are designed to protect the property and ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents.
