To maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment, the following house rules apply to all tenants and guests: No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Parking: Do not block the driveway or walkway. Unauthorized parking on the property or in front of the property is not permitted. Vehicle Washing & Repairs: Car washing, mechanical work, or vehicle repairs are not allowed on the property. No Exterior Storage: Personal belongings, furniture, boxes, or equipment may not be stored in the driveway, front yard, side yard, or backyard. No Property Modifications: Tenants may not drill, mount TVs, install shelves, or make any modifications to walls or property without landlord approval. Cleanliness: Tenants must maintain the unit and surrounding areas in a clean condition, including the driveway, side yard, backyard, and deck. Floor & Interior Care: Floors must be kept clean and maintained. Please handle window blinds and fixtures carefully. Trash Disposal: Garbage must be properly bagged and placed outside for pickup on Sunday evening. Smoke Detectors: Smoke detectors must remain installed and functional. Batteries should be replaced annually and tested regularly. Guests: Tenants are responsible for the behavior of their guests and must ensure they follow property rules. Quiet Environment: Tenants must maintain reasonable noise levels and respect neighbors. These rules are designed to protect the property and ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents. Utilities Included: PG&E Water Garbage Parking: One free driveway parking space included Perfect for couples, or small families seeking a clean, modern, and energy-efficient home. The monthly rent for the property is $2,999. A security deposit of $2,999 is required to secure the lease. At the time of move-in, the tenant must pay the first month's rent and the last month's rent, along with the security deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All payments must be made prior to occupancy of the property.
