Furnished with a clean, full-sized bed, and tall lamp. Or, you can arrange to bring your own bed. This room has a closet, plus two XL closets in the living room for the room occupant. New appliances in the kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge). Extra large balcony with part green and part urban view -- amazing fireworks viewing! Large couch and movie projector. Shared spaces: living room, bathroom, kitchen, large balcony. You'll be sharing with a clean, responsible woman and a tiny poodle mix. Available August 1 for a 12-month term. Please send a message introducing yourself (your lifestyle, what you do for a living, why you are moving, any questions, etc.) and a time to video chat live to establish if this would be a good fit for us both. Current roommate is moving back abroad in late July, so the room will be officially available starting August 1st. Out of respect for her privacy and schedule while she prepares to move, I have a detailed video walkthrough of the space ready to share with initial applicants.
