Lease terms

~ Rent $2400 plus utilities ~ 12 month lease ~ Security deposit due at lease signing. First and last month's rent due one week prior to move in date. ~ $45 application fee per adult (We may accept applications recently completed. Background check to include credit, criminal, evictions and rental history) NOTE: If you do not have a current background check, we will provide you with a (free) tenant information form that will be required prior to scheduling a tour of the property. An official application will be required prior to lease signing. Official application fees are non-refundable. ~ Dog (max one dog - up to 30 lbs) and cat considered ; subject to owner approval, non-refundable pet fee, and monthly pet rent ~ No smoking, No growing Qualifications -Must make 3 times rent or have verifiable assets at least 5x the yearly rent amount -All occupants over 18 must complete application and pay application fee -Must have at least 650 credit score. Credit score will be averaged for multiple applicants -1 year of rental history or mortgage payments -No evictions less than 7 years old
