Originally built around 1905, this building was likely split into (6) apartments sometime around the 1930's--probably due to the Great Depression.
This is a great space for couples or friends. (It has internal stairs of course--but also has exterior entrances on both floors... with a bedroom and a full bath on each floor).
LOTS of closet space--which is pretty unsual for properties of this vintage.

Huge wrap-around front porch is ideal for chilling with friends, morning coffee, or dining al fresco.
This is not student housing. We don't do co-signers or rent to teenagers with no rental experience. You will need to have a good job, earn sufficient income, have good credit history and good / verifiable rental history to apply for this space.
This is a peaceful, quiet property with quiet professional as tenants / neighbors.
We are pet friendly to a point.
There is a huge basement under the main building with lots of additional storage and a laundry room. (This unit also has its own washer / dryer connections.)
As with many properties of this vintage in the Aves and other historic neighborhoods, there is only street parking available... but it is plentiful and unrestricted in this area.
12-month lease is required to begin. May agree to a month-to-month (or 6 or 9-month lease) after the first 12 months.
