Landlord pays for water and trash services, he does landscaping on the front yard and is extremely attentive to any concerns or fixes you need at the house! Renters pay electric, gas and wifi. We fenced in the yard so you would have a completely fenced in large yard good for pets and kids! Washer and Dryer are included and plenty of storage space.

This is a 3 bed 2 bath home with all hardwood floors and great layout!… There is amazing natural light, a fenced in back yard great for entertaining, bar in the basement and plenty of space for in home office. The washer and dryer is included and it's placed in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. All of the neighbors have been here for around 30 years and have been wonderful to us since moving in! The bedrooms can fit king size beds and there is plenty of closet and storage space throughout the house. In a great area of Skokie that is walking distance from Soul Good coffee an to the riverwalk, right across the street from Evanston.
