About the building

Our home has a little over 2,500 square feet, so there's plenty of room to spread out.… It's a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath house on a large cul-de-sac lot with a nice-sized fenced yard. In addition to the three bedrooms, there's a separate office area that also works well as a workout room, a large bonus living space upstairs, a spacious family room, and two dining areas. The kitchen opens to the living space and has stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and a walk-in pantry, which has been great for extra storage. The downstairs has tile floors that are easy to keep clean, while all of the upstairs is carpeted. The primary bedroom is one of our favorite parts of the house. It has vaulted ceilings, a large walk-in closet, double sinks, water closet, and an oversized walk-in shower. Enjoy the brand new composite deck overlooking the fully fenced backyard and brand new roof. We've loved living here and hope the next tenants enjoy it as much as we have.
