Beautiful new quartz countertops and plenty of cabinet space with basic utensils, pots and pans included. Bedrooms have their own spacious closets and built-in cabinetry. Stackable washer dryer in the home. Central heat and air conditioning in the home. Custom shutters and fully enclosed patio with locking gates for your privacy. Private, separate, paved entrance to the home. All utilities and wifi included. Length of stay is negotiable, based upon current bookings. Minimum 31 day lease required. * 50 % non refundable deposit required to hold any date. 6 month rentals require two month deposit. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposit will be applied to total rental agreement.
