Garbage/recycling service and electricity will be paid directly by the tenant 5. Propane tank filling cost is the responsibility of the tenant 6. Dog(s) are considered on a case by case basis. An additional nonrefundable deposit of $500 per dog 7. Tenant(s) are required to maintain renter's insurance. 8. Background screening costs $45/application. Paid directly by the applicant(s). We will consider the following in choosing a tenant(s) to rent our property: 1. All applicants over the age of 18 must complete a *background check including: a. Credit History b. Rental History c. Criminal record d. Eviction report e. Sex Offender records f. Social Security Number verification 2. Employment History: every applicant must provide proof of predictable income. 3. Income Requirements: applicants combined income must be at least 3x monthly rent. We do not accept co-signers. 4. All applicants must be non smokers/vapers and drug free. 5.
